P. & G PAVLOU SA is a 3 generation family business. Its activity started 75 years ago, in the field of cereals trading which eventually developed to animal feed manufacturing and nowadays has become an Agency company representing worldwide known companies’ producers of animal, fish feed and pet food raw materials.

The late George P. Pavlou begins grains trading in his established warehouses in Athens, at Ermou Street. |
| 1950 |
He established the FIRST compound feed factory in Greece under the name “SYNTHETIKI SA” at Piraeus Street next to the Central Vegetable Market in Moschato Athens. |
| 1960- 1980 |
“SYNTHETIKI S.A” maintained its industrial activity until 1980 where it turns into commercial company until 1994. In 1965, the son of the founder of the company Takis G. PAVLOU entered the company as Chairman of the Board and Managing Director while in the late 70s, he established a new business named “TAKIS G. PAVLOU” (individual enterprise) as a representative of well known feed raw materials producers. |
| 1998 |
The headquarters of «“TAKIS G. PAVLOU”» are moved from Moschato to Ampelokipoi at self owned premises in the building of “ATHENS TOWER”. |
| 2000 | The son of Takis G.Pavlou, George P.Pavlou enters the company in 1998 and in 2000 is in charge of the sales departement management. |
| 2001 | The daughter of Takis G. Pavlou, Esmeralda P.Pavlou enters also the company in charge of the logistics department. |
| 2005 | The individual enterprise “TAKIS G. PAVLOU” changes to an SA Company under the name of “P. & G PAVLOU SA” aiming to the representation of worldwide known animal, fish feed and pet food producers and merchants. |
| 2010 | George P. Pavlou becomes the Chairman of the Board and Managing Director of P. & G PAVLOU SA. |
